A tailor-made strategic consulting session for Sweet’N’Dried: discover their cross-feedback with Judy Chabari
The Farm’Innov acceleration programme is currently supporting 14 Kenyan agri-food companies on their path to innovation and success through a tailor-made 10-month support programme, which will run until April 2026. It includes immersion visits in France, consulting services and training provided by French experts from the Valorial network, as well as a number of Kenyan experts.
Sweet’N’Dried (a young, dynamic and women-led company specialized since 2009 in the field of dried fruits, vegetables and composite flours) has benefited from personalised support from Judy Chabari (Certified Social Compliance Auditor (APSCA), Standards and Systems (Lead) Auditor, Trainer, and Consultant). Here is their cross-feedback on this consulting service.

Farm’Innov:
“You took part in a module of the acceleration programme. What did you gain from it?”
Judy Chabari, Certified Social Compliance Auditor (APSCA), Standards and Systems (Lead) Auditor, Trainer, and Consultant:
“I conducted an awareness on Organizational Social Responsibility (CSR) to three companies that participated in the acceleration program. This was an eye-opener for me as during the training, I realised that most organizations perceive social responsibility as philanthropy. They are not aware that, for example, complying with legal requirements is a big part of CSR. As such, they miss many opportunities to communicate their CSR activities. From this, I see a big opportunity to create awareness among the (M)SMEs on CSR and supporting them to package their communication around it. “
Farm’Innov:
“How do you plan to use it in your activities?”
Judy Chabari, Certified Social Compliance Auditor (APSCA), Standards and Systems (Lead) Auditor, Trainer, and Consultant:
“I made great contacts and I was referred to others who are interested in CSR. These are consulting and training opportunities for my business.”
