Objectives & activities

Farm’Innov is a cooperation and technical assistance project between Kenya and France that aims to support innovation and competitiveness in Kenya’s agricultural and agri-food sectors, in order to support the strengthening of food security in Kenya, and build a sustainable partnership on these issues between France & Kenya, through the sharing of experience between Kenyan institutional and private players and those from Western France.

4 main objectives

  • To strengthen mutual understanding of the Kenyan and French actors: France and Kenya being 2 agricultural and agri-food leaders in their respective regions.
  • To encourage the sharing of experiences and expertise in the agri-food sector in France and Kenya.
  • To support Kenyan actors in the deployment of their strategies and their investments thanks to a sharing of expertise and experience that may come from French public or private actors.
  • To stimulate the interest of French companies and actors to invest and develop their activities in Kenya by ensuring the development of solid and sustainable partnerships.
