The Farm’Innov project is built around 2 main service packages created especially for Kenyan agriculture and agri-food actors (private sector, institutionnal):

Supporting agricultural & agri-food private sector in Kenya and building partnerships

  • Business Acceleration Programme: 15-20 Kenyan agri-SME selected for a 12 months program, including: 360° diagnostic, training, coaching and mentoring sessions, discovery and applicative visits in France, networking with French companies.

  • Farm’Innov Connection: 8-10 full-day thematic watch seminars dedicated to the private sector and Kenyan Institutions​. Topics to beprecised (sectorial or transversal) such as: egg, poultry, cereals, AGTech, FoodTech, genetic improvement, agriculture risk management…

Sharing experiences in the agricultural and agri-food sectors and strenghtening cooperation

  • Institutionnal delegation in France: 2-3 theme-based watch missions delegations organized in France (1 week each, during international trade show)​.
  • Cross experiences missions in Kenya: 3-4 thematic missions to Kenya by 2 French expert delegations on topics of interest (10 days each)​.
